Technical description of the drilling rig
Base superstructure
Located on the turntable. Turntable rotation speed is 4 rpm. Consists of an engine compartment, with power pack and operator's cabin. A mast is attached to the basic setup, by means of a parallelogram/pantograph kinematic system. A counterweight is located on the rear of the baseSwivel mechanism
Cabin with noise insulation with FOPS function, adjustable seat, air conditioning, interior and exterior lighting, windshield wiper with water spray function. Console with various tools and joysticks is ideal with powerful color LCD display.Cockpit
The operator can control all rig functions with hydraulic joysticks from the cab. The cab is heated and air conditioned.Hydraulic system
Manufacturer: KawasakiRotator
The rotator is powered by a winch (cylinder) for setting and retrieving, which is driven by a hydraulic motor. The rotator can be equipped with friction and lock type rods.Main hydraulic winch
Linear force @ 300 atm - 150 kNAuxiliary hydraulic winch
Linear force - 50 kNMast
The mast adopts high strength material frame structure with high strength and can effectively guarantee the drilling accuracy. Each articulation point with free bearing to ensure flexible rotation.Kinematic system
The system for moving the mast vertically forward and backward relative to the axis of the base machine is realized by means of a pantograph (parallelogram). This system allows the mast to be moved vertically, relative to the base machine, for more convenient positioning of the drilling tool at the drilling point, either on the side of the drilling machine, in front of it, or behind it, without any movement of the chassis. This system also allows multiple holes to be drilled without moving the machine. It allows side tilting of the mast by 5 degrees, forward/backward tilting by - 5/90 degrees.
